Godolphin inmate Schiaparelli had little trouble following up his Goodwood Cup triumph with an impressive display in the Darley Prix Kergorlay at Deauville today.

Frankie Dettori sent the 1-5 favourite straight to the head of affairs after leaving the stalls in the one-mile-seven-furlong contest - and the result never looked in any doubt.
