Macken set to return to Irish showjumping team

Eddie Macken returns to the Irish showjumping team after a decade's absence for the Samsung Super League round at Hickstead in England next month.

Eddie Macken returns to the Irish showjumping team after a decade's absence for the Samsung Super League round at Hickstead in England next month.

The Longford-born legend, who is now 59, has recently produced a series of very good results with his horse Tedechine Sept.

Irish team manager Robert Splaine says he is being selected on current form.
