Cork Stars on Fairyhouse return

Cork All Star, winner of the Champion Bumper at the Cheltenham Festival last March, registered a facile success as he made his first appearance over timber in the Winter Festival 2007 Maiden Hurdle at Fairyhouse.

Jessica Harrington’s five-year-old was reunited with his Cheltenham pilot Barry Geraghty and the pair were always travelling well in the two-mile-two-furlong heat.
