Kieren Fallon sounded a warning to Frankie Dettori today as he spoke for the first time of his relief at the decision of the Jockey Club not to pursue disrepute charges.

The Jockey Club announced yesterday it would not be holding an inquiry into allegations made by the News Of The World last March against Fallon and fellow rider John Egan.
