Paul D’Arcy has given Indian Haven the go-ahead to run in Saturday’s Emirates Airline Champion Stakes at Newmarket.

The Irish 2000 Guineas winner pulled four lengths clear of his lead horse on the bridle under John Egan in a four-furlong blow on the Rowley Mile course after racing today.

“I couldn’t be more pleased after that. He did it very nicely and they have done an excellent job with the ground,” the delighted trainer said afterwards.

“Although we could do with more than a drop of rain, he will run providing the ground remains the same and they maintain it as they have been. I am very happy with him.”
