Pandorama still on track
Speaking yesterday, the Co Meath trainer, above, said: “He’s coming over today and, if the race was today, he would run.
“If it dries out by Friday we may have to think again, but I’m expecting him to run.”
Pandorama jumped into Gold Cup contention with a clear-cut success in the Lexus Chase at Leopardstown at Christmas.
His festival preparation was interrupted, however, when meeting with a setback and he had to miss the Hennessy at Leopardstown last month. Pandorama is generally on offer at 14-1 for the Gold Cup.
