Tote launch ‘swinger’ bet

THE first new tote bet since the popular scoop6 was unveiled in 1999 will be launched as Royal Ascot’s five-day fixture kicks into gear this afternoon.

To be successful with the ’toteswinger’, punters must select two horses that finish in the first three in any order in races of six or more runners.

The bet, which will return separate dividends for those correctly selecting the first and second, first and third and second and third in each qualifying race, will be available at every meeting in Britain.
