Pádraig Harrington lost in a playoff to Steven Alker in the Cologuard Classic on Champions Tour on Sunday.
The pair were tied on 15-under at the end of regulation play, two ahead of Zach Johnson and Tommy Gainey.Â
The Kiwi, however, birdied the first playoff hole - the par-4 18th at La Paloma Country Club in Tuscon, Arizona - to take the title in the $2.2m event for the second year in succession.
Elsewhere, Jordan Gumberg won the Hainan Classic after holding off playing partner Jorge Campillo on the final day.
The American, who only kept his DP World Tour card for this season - thanks to a hole-out eagle on the 72nd hole of last October's Genesis Championship in South Korea - made a good up-and-down on the 18th at Mission Hills to finish 19 under, one stroke ahead of Campillo.

"Jorge played great all day, it was a battle the entire way," Gumberg said. "I don't have words right now."
China's 17-year-old rising star Yanhan Zhou finished 15 under to delight the home crowds as he shared third place with England's Marcus Armitage and Adrian Otaegui of the United Arab Emirates.
Meanwhile, An emotional Bryson DeChambeau broke down in tears after winning a play-off for the second time in as many weeks as he beat Jon Rahm in the inaugural LIV Golf South Africa event at Steyn City.
The American, who was caught in the final round after his Spanish rival carded an eight-under 63 to better his 66, produced a brilliant 285-yard recovery shot out of the rough with a three-wood to 12 feet to set up a winning birdie at the first additional hole.
"It's so funny; golf is a fickle game and you work so hard at it your whole entire life and you realise that golf is just golf and there's a lot more to life than just golf," said DeChambeau.
"I had some things happen in the off-time during this week and I was just praying all day, praying to give me the perseverance to move forward and keep looking forward."
Elsewhere, Hannah Green completed a famous hat-trick at the Australian WPGA Championship as she cruised to a four-shot victory to make it three wins in her last three starts.
The World No 7 fired a final round 69 (-2) at Sanctuary Cove to see off Alexandra Försterling’s Sunday charge and hoist the Karrie Webb Cup with a winning score of 16-under par.
