James Sugrue is five shots off the lead after round two at the 2024 Memorial Giorgio Bordoini in Italy after being top of the leaderboard after the opening round.

Sugrue carded four birdies down the front nine but dropped three shots on the back nine to finish one-under par and sit five shots behind Italy's Mattia Comotti who carded a second round 62. He holds a one shot lead over France's Benjamin Kedochim.
