Green light for 147 social and cost-rental apartments in Cork

Mix of one- and two-bed apartments planned for Anglesea Tce, with first homes set to be delivered by 2030

The LDA's Anglesea Tce development will deliver 72 one-bed and 75 two-bed cost rental and social apartments.

Plans for 147 cost-rental and social apartments in Cork have been approved by City Hall, with the first homes set to be delivered by 2030.

The Land Development Agency (LDA) has partnered with Cork City Council to develop the mix of one- and two-bed apartments on Anglesea Tce, a short distance from all city centre amenities as well as Kent Station and Cork Bus Station.
