Tiger Woods team deny affair with Dufner's ex-wife

Tiger Woods manager Mark Steinberg has strenuously denied that the golfer had or is having an affair with Jason Dufner’s ex-wife Amanda Boyd.

Woods split from Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn in May after they cited their busy lives as the reason for the break-up.

The National Enquirer reported on Wednesday that the real reason for the break-up was Woods affair with Amanda Boyd.

Steinberg has emailed the Golfchannel.com to dismiss the story out of hand.

“The story is categorically false. Absolutely zero truth to that ridiculous rumour.”

The Hollywood tabloid went on to claim that Woods and Boyd have been an item for months.

Woods and the skiing star enjoyed a three-year relationship and this latest story comes as another distraction for the out of form golfer.
