Lee Westwood is ready to silence the crowd after American captain Paul Azinger urged home fans to be “crazy” and raucous come the start of the Ryder Cup on Friday.

The United States team includes Kenny Perry and JB Holmes from the host state Kentucky and Azinger is not ruling out pairing them in the opening game to create even more atmosphere.
