Erratic Romero takes lead

Andres Romero produced more of the erratic but exciting golf which almost brought him a shock Open victory in the Deutsche Bank Players’ Championship today.

Romero held a two-shot lead with two holes of his final round to play at Carnoustie after an amazing 10 birdies, four pars, one double bogey and one bogey in 16 holes.
