Kim claims Maiden win on LPGA Tour

Korea’s Young Kim overcame a pair of bogeys in the middle of her round with a strong finish to win the €959,000 Corning Classic on Sunday and record the first LPGA title of her career.

Entering the final round tied for the lead with Beth Bader and Paula Creamer at 16 under par, Kim signed for a four-under 68 to win by three strokes.
