Golf stars need to be aware – if they behave like Greg Rusedski did at Wimbledon they could be banned from future Opens.

“The ultimate sanction that we would have for a gross breach of etiquette is not to accept entries in the future,” said Royal and Ancient Club secretary Peter Dawson today.
