Dutch Open: McGinley moves to five under in Holland

Ireland's Paul McGinley has continued his incredible comeback at the Dutch Open after he carded a third-round 67 this morning.

McGinley was in danger of missing the cut yesterday after he took 40 shots on the front nine, but he came home in 30 to finish on the cut-off mark of one under.

Still beaming from that recovery, the Dubliner knocked in five birdies today, leaving him on five under par, five strokes off the overnight lead held by Ricardo Gonzalez.

McGinley is unlikely to mount a serious challenge for first place, but a top-10 finish will help further cement his place in the Ryder Cup team.
