As soon as Seán O’Shea’s late two-point attempt for an equaliser dropped short, Paddy Tally turned to me in the coaches box and told me to go. Get down there for the final whistle. Nirvana is upon you, and everybody else from Mayo. Soak up the euphoria. Drink it in. Every last drop.
