After a dramatic weekend in the All-Ireland senior hurling championship, it is now football’s turn with two blockbuster clashes taking place at Croke Park.
The GAA community may still be reeling from Galway’s sensational win over Cork on Saturday and then Limerick’s dramatic victory over Clare on Sunday but there is hardly any time to recover as this weekend will see two more huge semi-final clashes take place.
First up on Saturday we have the intriguing battle between Mayo and Louth, two counties chasing history against all odds.
Then on Sunday is the huge game between two familiar foes as Dublin welcome current champions Kerry to the capital.

Throw-in has been set for 4pm on Sunday, July 12th.
Kerry v Dublin will be broadcast live on RTÉ2 and BBC, but you can also follow the best of the action on the Irish Examiner’s new and improved liveblog.
On Saturday, Down meet Wicklow in the Tailteann Cup final at 3.30pm before Louth take on Mayo in the other All-Ireland football semi-final with throw-in set for 6pm. Both will be shown live on RTÉ.
Then on Sunday before Kerry v Dublin is the All-Ireland Junior football final.
Brendan Cawley of Kildare will be the man in the middle.
