Cork boss Keith Ricken has been forced into making a few changes for his side’s Electric Ireland Munster MFC Phase 2 Round 2 game against Kerry tomorrow evening.
Austin Stack Park in Tralee is the venue, with throw-in at 7pm, for the latest meeting of the old rivals. The Rebels will look to build on their 4-25 to 0-12 win over Clare in Clarecastle in last Monday’s opening championship outing for them.
Injuries to key players, however, mean the management team has had no choice but to shake things up.
In defence, Colm O’Riordan makes way for Riain McCormack. In midfield, Conrad Murphy is replaced by Peadar Kelly, while up front Alex O’Herlihy comes in for Tom Whooley, who was very impressive during the Clare win with 1-5.
Cork are seeking their first victory over Kerry at this grade since 2023.
