After fun night, Cork left kicking themselves for kicking it away against Kerry

The opening 24 minutes saw the romance between Kerry and Gaelic football's new rules continue to blossom.

Cork threw away the right to be dealt with first. Kerry, of course, didn’t earn that particular right. They just happened to be on the correct side of the scoreline when the hooter prevented Cork from kicking any more wides.
