The newly established Games Intelligence Unit (GIU) could have enormous benefits for GAA teams, the media, referees and coaches, according to GAA Director of Coaching and Games Development Shane Flanagan.

Speaking on the Irish Examiner’s Gaelic football podcast, available to all Examiner subscribers, Flanagan explained how the GIU will assist the Football Review Committee (FRC) as they continue to monitor the impact of the new rules.
