Ireland U20 head coach Andrew Browne has made three changes from the team which lost to France last weekend for Friday night's Six Nations clash with Italy at Virgin Media Park in Cork.

At outside centre, Johnny O'Sullivan is replaced by Rob Carney. In the forwards, Lee Fitzpatrick takes the place of Rian Handley at hooker while Joe Finn comes in for Billy Hayes in the backrow.
