1. Eoghan Dunne (Cashel King Cormacs)

Small in stature the Cashel CC keeper may be, but didn't put a foot wrong in Monday's quarter-final defeat to Gaelcolaiste Mhuire AG. Dunne pulled off two confident saves from Callum Ó Cofaigh in an assured display between the sticks.
