It is the most targeted motion by one county against another in four years but Shane Ryan isn’t taking it personally.

He might have reason to take exception to Meath’s proposal to stop players who line out for a divisional team in senior championship from later playing for their club in the junior or intermediate provincial and All-Ireland series.
