GPA call for GAA, LGFA and Camogie Associations to integrate

The GPA reported that 97% of all inter-county players backed integration between the three NGBs in a recent survey.

The Gaelic Players Association has submitted a motion to Congress urging the GAA to take "proactive, meaningful and swift action" to expediate the organisation's integration with the LGFA and the Camogie Association.

GPA CEO Tom Parsons said that "the spirit of this motion is about action for gender equality in sport and bringing the Gaelic family together."
