John Kiely confirms injury to keep Richie English out for season

Limerick’s 2018 All-Star defender Richie English’s season is over after he suffered a cruciate knee ligament tear, manager John Kiely has confirmed.

Speaking after today’s win over Cork in Páirc Uí Chaoimh, Kiely reported English had picked up the injury in the win over Galway earlier this month when he retired in the first half.
