Offaly star recovering in hospital after ear injury

Offaly star Shane Dooley is recovering in hospital today after minor surgery in Tullamore Midland Regional Hospital to repair damage he sustained to his ear in the Allianz League clash with Dublin on Sunday.

Offaly Senior hurling manager Joe Dooley, Shane's father, said: "He’s alright, he’s had it stitched up.
