Wexford GAA is morning the death of Billy Rackard, who passed away yesterday at the age of 79.

Wexford GAA is morning the death of Billy Rackard, who passed away yesterday at the age of 79.

The Killanne native was a star of the 1950s along with his brothers Nicky and Bobby.

He appeared in more than 40 championship games with Wexford between 1950 and 1964 and was a member of the All-Ireland winning teams in 1955, 1956 and 1960.
