O'Sullivan 'happy' to have Cooper join him lifting Sam

Declan O'Sullivan was only too happy to ask his team-mate Colm Cooper to join him in climbing the steps of the Hogan Stand yesterday to accept the Sam Maguire Cup on Kerry's behalf.

Kerry's victorious captain drew much praise for his decision - Cooper had stood in for him as skipper when he was dropped for the Kingdom's last three games before the All-Ireland final.
