One change for Kerry's minors
Kerry minor manager John Kennedy has made one change to his side for Sunday's All-Ireland MFC final against Roscommon (Croke Park, throw-in 1.30pm).
Moyvane's Patrick Curtin has paid the price for being held scoreless in the semi-final win over Donegal last month, with his place at right half-forward going to Johnny Buckley of Dr Crokes.
The Kingdom's youngsters have been in excellent form in the championship so far, scoring 11-54 in just five games. They are in the frame to lift the county's first Tommy Markham Cup since 1994.
Senior star Mike Frank Russell was a member of the 1994 All-Ireland minor-winning side.
Of the current minor crop, Waterville clubman Paddy Curran, the team captain and full-forward, has hit a purple patch recently. He tallied 1-6 (3f) against Donegal to take his scoring return for the championship to 2-22 (11f).
Syl Doyle from Wexford will referee the minor final for the first time. An established referee within his county, where he has officiated at a number of county finals, he is a member of the Ballyhogue club and has won minor and intermediate county titles as a player.
