McGarry amongst Kilkenny changes

Kilkenny manager Brian Cody has made five changes to his team, with James McGarry notably returning in goal, for tomorrow's NHL Division 1B trip to Tipperary (Semple Stadium, throw-in 2.30pm).

Bennettsbridge clubman McGarry, the Cats' 'keeper in their 2002 and 2005 league final wins, replaces Richie O'Neill with new captain Jackie Tyrrell of James Stephens also returning at right half-back for his first outing of the season.

In attack, Cody has opted to bring in Eoin Larkin, Derek Lyng and Eoin Reid with Eddie Brennan, who struck 1-01 against Laois last weekend, Austin Murphy and Peter Cleere losing out.
