Waterford's McGrath handed month-long ban

Waterford hurler Eoin McGrath has been handed a four-week ban by the GAA's Central Disciplinary Committee, it was confirmed today.

A meeting of the CDC last night saw the Mount Sion corner forward suspended for a month following his sending-off for an off-the-ball incident in last Saturday's final All-Ireland group qualifier against Clare.
