Outgoing Decies chairman calls for Croker answer

Waterford chairman Paddy Joe Ryan made an emotional farewell speech to last night's county convention.

The retiring county chief headed the Decies' affairs for the last decade, during which time the county hurlers won the Munster championship twice and the junior footballers won two All-Ireland titles.
