Kernan to take Armagh post for another year

Joe Kernan is set to take charge of the Armagh senior footballers again next year, after being re-appointed by the county board.

Kernan is believed to have stayed on at the request of team captain Kieran McGeeney. It's thought McGeeney would have hung up his boots if the former Crossmaglen manager retired.
