Eddie Enright rules out Cork move
Rumours surrounding the transfer of Tipperary hurling AllStar Eddie Enright to a club in Cork from his native Thurles Sarsfields have been denied by the Watergrasshil based player.
Enright, who won an AllStar award in 2001 has scotched rumours of his transfer from his club, whom he steered to the county final in 2003.
While admitting that he had heard the rumours and that an approach had been made by a club, Enright said that a transfer was "out of the question".
Meanwhile, speculation is also rife that Tipperary panelist Eoin Brislane is on his way to Blackrock.
The Toomevara man won another county senior hurling final medal with the club in 2003 but lost out to Newtownshandrum in the Munster Club semi-final.
The rumours are unconfirmed as of yet, but a source close to the Toomevara club said that he understood the rumours to be accurate.
