NHL heads for phase two
Three from Munster, two from Leinster, plus Galway: that’s the line-up for phase two of the race for the Allianz Hurling League.
Kilkenny, Clare and Galway will each play Tipperary, Cork and Wexford on April 13/20/27, with the top two battling it out for the League title on May 5.
Laois, Waterford and Dublin will play Offaly, Limerick and Derry in a similar exercise with the bottom team dropping to Division 2.
Antrim, Down, Westmeath, Kerry, Meath and Carlow are all in line for promotion from Division Two while Kildare, Roscommon, Wicklow and Longford will be battling against relegation.
Sligo, Mayo, Armagh, Monaghan, Louth and Tyrone are still in contention for the one promotion place from Division 3.
