Browne hoping to be ready for Munster final
Waterford and Mount Sion star Tony Browne will beat the rap on a painful hand injury to face Sixmilebridge in Sunday's Munster SHC club final.
The Sion star, and 1998 Hurler of the Year, is currently struggling with a hand injury picked up in their semi-final win over Tipp side Mullinahone.
But boss Jim Greene, father of club and counter star Brian, said: "Tony's commitment to Mount Sion is total, and this final is one game he definitely doesn't want to miss. Right now, the indicators about him are very good."
