Cork postpone Og Murphy meeting
The Cork county board has deferred a meeting scheduled for this evening to ratify the resignation of hurling boss Bertie Og Murphy.
Instead the board are to hold a player’s meeting next week to try and resolve a difference of opinion between the panel members and members of the county committee.
Ger McCarthy, who previously managed Waterford, along with Imokilly's Sean O'Leary and Blackrock's Timmy Murphy, have been touted as possible replacements for Murphy.
