TV pictures showed bottles flying past referee Brian White as well as a number of players as Kerry booked their place in the football final with a 3-19 to 2-7 win over Cork.

Tensions reached fever pitch following the sendings off of Colin Corkery, Fionnan Murray (both Cork) and Tom O'Sullivan (Kerry).
