Paul Kelly is ruled out of the Tipperary team to play Clare in the National Hurling League Final at Limerick on Sunday.

The Mullinahone man retired with a hand injury in the semi-final win over Galway last Saturday.

Although no bones are broken, the injury has not healed sufficiently and his place at left half-back goes to Micheal Ryan.
