Dungourney raced into a 1-4 to 0-2 lead in the first quarter with Bill Ahern finding the net.
Declan Dalton for Fr O'Neill's was a handful in attack as he clocked out with 1-5. Dunne followed closely on the scoreboard with 0-5.
Ryan Denny lead the way for Dungourney with 1-5 while Ahern and Shane Casey's goals ensured the game went down to the wire.
Shamrocks advanced to the Cork JAFC final with Joseph Shanahan and Dara O'Sullivan netting 1-3 each.
For Cloyne, Diarmuid O'Sullivan's 1-3 tally kept the East Cork side in the game.
Fintan O’Connor’s late goal forced a replay for Knocknagree as they clawed back against defeat against Gabriel Rangers at Ballyvourney.
Rangers were by far the dominant side in the first half, as the 2-3 to 0-5 lead at the break would suggest. Goals were scored by Mark Cronin and Eddie Goggin.
Knocknagree, to their credit, worked their way back into the contest with a goal from substitute Stephen Heelan before O’Connor struck at the death.
An understrength Carrigaline proved to be little resistance against a clinical Dripsey side in Ballygarvan on Saturday as Diarmuid O’Riordan pointed the way with 0-7.
For Carrigaline, who were 0-13 to 0-2 down at the interval, Cian O’Donovan and Colin Maguire accounted for three points each.
