Watch: Peter Crowley's great goal key to Mid Kerry win

Mid Kerry 3-12 Kilcummin 1-13: A devastating 10-minute second half spell sealed Mid Kerry’s victory over Kilcummin in this SFC first round tie in Killorglin yesterday.

Kilcummin had a dream start with Philip Casey firing through a crowded goalmouth for a stunning goal after 90 seconds. Favourites Mid Kerry didn’t panic though and their hard work was rewarded when half forward, Gary Sayers netted in the 10th minute from an acute angle.

Four minutes later they had their second goal: Darran O’Sullivan set up midfielder Colin McGillycuddy who raced through from 30 years before firing an unstoppable shot past Brendan Kealy.
