Powter comes in for Cork U21 debut

The Douglas talent, who is doing his Leaving Cert this summer, has been drafted in by manager Sean Hayes as one of two changes to the selected team.

Powter replaces wing forward Don O'Driscoll, while midfielder Ronan O'Toole also misses out, and is replaced by Bantry's Sean O'Leary.

Kerry make one change as they go in search of their first provincial title in the grade since 2008. Centre back Andrew Barry is replaced by Dingle's Tom 'Leo' O'Sullivan.

A crowd of over 5,000 is expected for the decider at Austin Stack Park
