Donegal boss Rory Gallagher plans five-day Tenerife training camp

Donegal’s footballers will undertake a five-day training camp in Tenerife next month.

Rory Gallagher’s side open their Allianz League Division 1 campaign away to Down in Newry on Saturday before they welcome Cork to Ballyshannon eight days’ later. There’s a three-week break before Mayo visit Ballybofey at the end of February.

Gallagher said: “We’re heading on a training camp during the break in the league so we want to be going there in good spirits with at least two, and hopefully four, points on board.
