Creating incredible bulk not the goal in Kerry

Kerry coach Cian O’Neill has no intention of bulking up the young players to match bigger players in other counties.

However, the Kildare native says the players are currently putting in a huge effort in their conditioning programme.

“Perhaps in previous years or previous generations, it might not have been deemed as important in Kerry as in other counties. I am not sure that might be a perception but I can tell you the squad of players we have at the moment are working extremely hard on their conditioning.
