Square ball rule set to go under microscope

GAA sources have confirmed the committee, which was introduced following a successful motion at Congress this year where it got 80% support and will be appointed by Central Council, will shortly meet to discuss potential rule changes for next year.

Unlike club and county boards who have to wait every five years to put forward playing rule motions (2015 in the current cycle), the group will be given the authority to monitor rules on an ongoing basis.
