Wexford play Clare and Antrim face Offaly before the two losing teams play off to determine who will be relegated. Match arrangements will be finalised by the CCCC on Monday.

Meanwhile, Waterford hurler Jack Kennedy has sensationally quit the county panel. County PRO Joe Cleary last night said: “We are all disappointed at that decision but we must also accept it. Jack has been a very fine ambassador for the county since he came onto the senior panel, and he has given the county sterling service over many years. We wish him well for the future.”
