Galvin may miss out

KERRY’S All-star attacker Paul Galvin is battling to be fit for the Kingdom’s All-Ireland SFC semi-final against Dublin on August 26.

Galvin aggravated a shoulder injury in the narrow victory over Monaghan and was wearing a sling in the aftermath of the game.

The Finuge man, an All-Ireland medal winner in 2004 and 2006, underwent a scan yesterday which revealed muscle damage and not structural damage as was first feared.
