Déise star Kelly in battle for fitness

WATERFORD star Eoin Kelly faces a race against time to be fit for Sunday’s All-Ireland SHC semi-final against Limerick.
Déise star Kelly in battle for fitness

The Passage clubman got four points in the Déise’s thrilling victory over Cork in Croke Park, having lined out at midfield, but had to have ten stitches inserted in a hand wound at the final whistle. Kelly is expected to take his place next weekend in the rematch of the Munster SHC final, when Limerick will be looking to reverse the nine-point defeat they suffered in Thurles on July 8th.

Waterford have no other injury worries.
