Rebel star Jerry expects to be fit for crunch Waterford clash

JERRY O’CONNOR is optimistic he can overcome a hamstring injury ahead of Cork’s Munster SHC semi-final against Waterford in Thurles on June 17.

And even his employers are assisting him in that goal.

A member of the Garda bike unit in Cork, O’Connor has been released to foot patrol until the injury clears up.
